2014
Graduated from community college with my Digital Media degree while working a part-time cashier job.
2015
Took a break from school and started working my first full-time, non-design related job in a medical office at age 21. I wanted to save money for travel while still pursuing my passion for art & design so I continued learning more about the industry on my own (with the help of Youtube).
2018
I invested a cricut and began my side hustle designing custom gifts (t-shirts, mugs, wall signs, etc.)
Made by Mandy was born.

2020
Started to take on clients while working on my side hustle part-time until The Pandemic happened. I got laid off from the office job that was no longer serving me which gave me the time to focus on building my portfolio that landed my first in-house design job. That is also when Design by aa was born.
2025
Now I have experience designing for a jeweler, party supply boutique, workout studio, cleaning service, resort + casino corporation and currently I manage social media for an event venue while taking on new clients as time allows.
you can find me hangin' with my pup & fiancé,
at a local cafe/coffee shop or planning my next trip
somewhere in the mountains.
